Lisa is a bilingual journalist and writer turned podcast producer. As a freelance journalist, her work has been featured in various publications, including Explore by Expedia, Trivago, and KDH News. She is also a content creator for adidas, Reebok, and Camp Gladiator.

As a lover of high-quality social media content, she is also a writer and account manager at Thought Horizon, a marketing and advertising company specializing in social media. Originally from Germany, Lisa now lives in Texas with her husband and two daughters. In her free time, you can find Lisa in her garage turned gym, working out or putting in her miles on the treadmill.

Monika is a B2B business developer and has focused on social selling since 2015. Her background includes sales and marketing roles in the corporate and start-up world, focusing on telecommunication, technology, environment & nonprofit.


As a global business developer at ReadyForSocial, she uses social media to develop personal relationships and business.

As a social selling coach, Monika has trained over 2000 professionals worldwide – from sales to marketing to C-level executives – and helped various organizations implement successful programs to take their business to the next level.

Originally from Germany, Monika now lives in Seattle with her husband and son and is the co-founder of a non-profit in Kenya. You can find Monika on the water on her stand-up paddleboard in her free time.
